The manufacturing process of pneumatic tools mainly includes the following steps:

Preparation materials: Firstly, prepare the corresponding refractory materials or metal components according to the specifications and purposes of the required pneumatic tools. These materials may exist in powder or granular form, and an appropriate amount of binder may be added as needed. ‌

Mold assembly: Place the configured refractory material into a pre designed mold. The shape of the mold cavity is consistent with the final shape of the pneumatic tool, ensuring that the formed tool meets the design requirements. ‌

Compaction operation: For some pneumatic tools, such as pneumatic compactors, the compaction head (hammer) is driven by compressed air to perform reciprocating motion or high-frequency vibration, to forcefully compact and vibrate the material inside the mold to ensure uniform distribution of the material and discharge internal air, forming a dense structure. ‌

Solidification molding: After compaction, natural hardening, baking, or sintering processes may be required depending on the material used to ensure that the tool has sufficient strength and high temperature resistance. ‌

Demoulding treatment: After the tool is fully cured, the mold is removed and the formed pneumatic tool is taken out for subsequent quality inspection and surface treatment. ‌

This series of steps ensures that pneumatic tools can meet the performance and durability requirements of the design during the manufacturing process, while also ensuring the quality and reliability of the final product
